"From the time we inquired about available to condos and rates, to the time we checked out, the response and service of the HRG staff was impressive, always quick to respond, with clear detailed answers, everything was as it was portrayed to be or better, the condo in Del Mar was impeccable, in perfect conditions, and totally equipped, we felt like we were at home! The HRG staff was very professional, and and was available for all of our needs, and gave us valuable recomendations, and assisted us with all of our needs. We live in Costa Rica, and visit all of the golf resoprts in the country, and this was the best experience so far, the quality, service and price, was better than anywhere else we have been so far, and I will recomend the service and condos managed by HRG to all of our friends and colleagues here in Costa Rica as well as our friends who come to visit from the States and Canada. "An amazing family vacation! Resort was extremely safe and absolutely beautiful. The discription and photos of resort and condo were very accurate. I would highly recommend this property. All of the activities that we did were great. We zip lined, rented ATV's, went on a crocadile boat and went offshore fishing. All of these activities were an amazing experience. We spent the day at Hermosa Beach and Jaco beach where my kids surfed and bodyboarded. The restaurants in Los Sueños were ver very good. The El Pelicano which is 2 minutes outside Los Sueños was also very good. The high light of our dining experience was Adventure Dining. Words can not explain that evening!! " |

"My colleague and I traveled to Costa Rica to spend learning time on an agricultural clean-fuel plantation. We didn't have time to thoroughly enjoy the beauty and facilities of the Los Suenos Condo provided for us, but it was a beautiful facility indeed. Everything was sparkling clean and in excellent condition. The grounds were spectacular, beautifully manicured and clean. The restaurants were excellent. All the people we met, from the rental office to gate guards and service people seemed intent on giving us a grand experience. We had a great stay at Los Sueños. " |

"I am not one to sit and write a review but after our recent stay at Casa Tropical I felt compelled to share my experience. Our group consisted of two families four adults and six children. I can't begin to describe how nice it is to actually have a place to call home after a full day of Costa Rican activities. For those that have traveled to CR you know what I mean and for those contemplating a visit your day usually includes some type of adveturous activity: Zip lining through the rain forest, a four wheeler ride to a remote village in the rain forest, deep sea fishing, tours and hikes through one of the many National Parks are just some things we did over the six days we were there. After a day like this it is a pleasure to come home to such a beautiful retreat and just relax in the private pool and jacuzzi. For those of you that want to be part of a more lively sceen when you rent Casa Tropical you have access to all the Los Suenos resort amenities: The Beach Club, Resturants, golf at the Marriot course etc. Finally I need to mention that with such a large group and with so many moving parts to a vacation like this it would not have been nearly as enjoyable without the incredible help and support we received from the staff at HRG. They have assembled a team of proffessionals that have all the local contacts you need for a perfect vaction and I would highly recommend using his group." |

"I usually don't write reviews but I feel that the service and gorgeous accomodations were so good that I will go again. I have already given some friends the info so they can go with their families. Great location and easy to get to and from airport with Ronald as a wonderful driver. Tours, golf, food all get high marks. Breakfast Buffet at Marriott was awesome. Can't wait to go back. Luis and Ricardo at HRG were so wonderful to work with. They answered all of our questions and recommended some great tours. Our driver was Eddie and he was just one of the nicest people. "We recently went to Los Suenos on vacation for the forth time. Previously, we had always stayed at the resort hotel, but this time we took the kids with us and needed a bit more space and functionality. After some investigation, we contacted HRG to make arrangements for a condo. They had received high marks in the reviews we had read so they seemed the logical choice. And they were. We're very happy with our decision to book through HRG. From the day we made our reservation to the day we departed Costa Rica, they were attentive to insuring our trip met our expectations and were easy to contact while we were there. We had HRG arrange some activities (zip lining, etc.) which proved to be professionally run and great fun. The best part, though, was the condo they arranged for us, Marbella 4a. It was stunning. It was beautifully decorated, well equipped and comfortable for our family. The view from the balcony was the best in the resort, just as we were told by our HRG concierge. We look forward to our next trip to Los Suenos and we will certainly book through HRG again (and hopefully get Marbella 4a again, though I'm sure all the HRG condos are nice)." |

"This condo was very ice and provided all the modern comforts of being in the US...and most exciting for us was the washer dryer. Costa Rica is best enjoyed if you are active which often means getting dirty so the washer and dryer was such an added bonus. The rooms are very well designed, clean and comfortable as well. There is a full kitchen and a good amount of space for 6 people to relax after a full day out and about. Or if you want a calmer day, there is a private pool (where we saw no one else during our stay) or a really beautiful beach club next door. My only disappointment at the club was that the bartender didn't seem to be there for drinks very early. The other nice thing is that there is a large marina just a short 5 minute walk away with a bank, some stores, some restaurants, bars and a market. There is also a full and very clean grocery store just outside the resort entrance where you can stock up on food should you want to cook your own meals.There is also a Marriott next door with more restaurants, bars, shopping, a spa, gym and casino. The beach is volcanic and I saw very few people on it but there is a white sand area by the pool if you want to sun bathe or play volleyball. I would say this place is great for a family or group of friends and would be most ideal for those who want to fish as the fishing charters are quite good and right there. It also would be good for people who are not good at navigating their way through foreign countries as all the creature comforts are there and the HRG group speaks english and really serve as your concierge. They arranged a monkey tour for us that was really great. The monkey's ate out of our hand and the guide was a little crazy but entertaining. To be expected from a monkey tour guide. We also ventured out to eat where it is more affordable and we could get some local flavor. All that said,the condo is great and centrally located in an area that provide many activities for all types of travelers.....but I think it would be most idea for someone who LOVES to fish. And if the wife or kids don't LOVE to fish, they will be safe and well entertained here. Kids would be very safe here as well. "

"Our stay at Casa Tropical was awesome. I traveled with four buddies to this fantastic resort. The housing was very roomy & comforable. The housekeeper was most pleasant. We went fishing for two days at the Los Suenos and caught 15 20# yellow fin tuna and 8 sailfish. We took some of our catch to Bamboo Sushi to perpare our tuna. Most delicious. I highly recommend this home and resort. It is convenient to everything with plenty to do."

"I have been to Costa Rica many times, however, this stay at Villa Tranquila was definitely the most beautiful location I have ever visited. The accommodations surpassed the on-line descriptions and were perfect for 4 women but would be great for 4 couples or families. The entire property, inside and out, was impeccably clean and well manicured. The security is very good too which was very important to us. All of the HRG employees were so helpful with planning our trip as well as everyday activities. The house keeping staff was excellent too. Our favorite activity was a day trip to Manual Antonio for lunch and then stopping at the Backyard Restaurant to watch the surfing contest on our return to the villa at Los Suenos. The many restaurants that were recommended were excellent, especially Lemon Zest in Jaco. Jimmy T's catered dinner for about 12 people at the villa was outstanding also. Jimmy T's delivered dinner to the villa another evening which was excellent too. We didn't do as much site seeing as planned because we enjoyed the pool and serenity of Villa Tranquila. Being with Sotheby's International Realty for many years, I have traveled to various locations and this was the best. From our arrival in San Jose where the driver greeted us and carried our "many bags", to our return trip to the airport, this travel experience was enjoyable and totally stress free. I would definitely recommend contacting HRG to stay at Villa Tranquila or any of their properties. They only represent top quality properties and owners!."
